Alex Holst

Alex has a master’s degree in sports and exercise science and was a competitive swimmer for 7 years.

He was a triathlete finishing 3rd place at Portoroz ETU Triathlon Junior European Cup (2006), 4th place at Echternach ETU Triathlon Junior European Cup (2006), and top 30 at the Junior European Championships Copenhagen (2007). He has also participated in the Junior World Championships (2006, 2007) in triathlon. 

His Personal record made at age 15 on 100m freestyle: 58 sec. 

He can speak and teach in the following languages: Danish, English, German, Luxembourgish, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin Chinese.

Annika Holst

My name is Annika and I have been a swim coach for the CENL since the spring of 2018 when the club was founded.
I was born in Luxembourg and have studied languages at the universities of Luxembourg, Bonn, and Trier.
Establishing a happy atmosphere during our group training is important to me and our team.
I speak English, French, German, Luxembourgish, Danish and German Sign Language (DGS) and the most important language of all: a smile.

Jonathan Van Rymenants

I am Jonathan Van Rymenants. I have worked as a coach for about 10 years in various sports including swimming and have been swimming all my life from a young age.
I actively practice swimming, climbing, olympic weightlifting and tennis.

I love sports and teaching the kids of the CENL to swim.

Kate Lysak

My name is Kateryna Lysak. I was born in 1996 and I am keen on swimming. I have a degree in Sports Science from the National University of Sport in Ukraine. I have been a professional swimmer and triathlete and have taken part in and won several National Ukrainian and International Competitions.  It is my belief that swimming is good for everyone from baby to adult. I enjoy being a swimming coach and  share my experience to help swimmers reach their goals.

Ana Torres

I am Ana Torres, Colombian. I have a degree in Sports Sciences and Physical Education
and I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Sports Sciences and Exercise at the Lunex University in Luxembourg. In Colombia I worked with initiation processes in swimming to teaching and perfecting techniques at all ages, and I also have experience in Aqua fitness for adults and seniors focused on improving health and quality of life. Additionally, for 3 years I was the head coach of a group of 46 swimmers in the children’s category in high performance with a sports club, resulting in 7 swimmers among the top 10 at the departmental level and 4 among the top 5 at the national level.
